I pursued my Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and earned the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute. My career journey took an interesting turn as I transitioned from being an Educational Tutor to diving into the finance sector. I started with a consultancy firm and later joined a subsidiary of a real estate company. During this time, I discovered a passion for artificial intelligence and IT, which transformed my approach to accounting. This shift eventually led me to advance to a business manager role.
Outside of work and studying, I love reading life-changing books, playing chess, and connecting with others. Travelling is a big part of my life, and I dream of exploring a new country each year. I always look forward to embracing new experiences, cultures, and perspectives that come my way. Exciting adventures lie ahead!
WHAT I DO
Data Science
A typical data science cycle involves data collection, processing, analysis, and model implementation. I've created a handful of dashboards and love the whole process of an exemplary data project, from extracting raw data right through to communicating insights and model deployment.
Data Analysis
Upon obtaining my certification as a business intelligence analyst through Pathstream on Coursera, I worked on several projects, which are highlighted on my portfolio profile. Moreover, I have undertaken personal projects involving the creation of Power BI and Python dashboards utilizing publicly available datasets.
Data Collection
As a certified SQL Associate Analyst by DataCamp, I am skilled in communicating and extracting structured data knowledge using structured query language. I possess both theoretical and practical understanding of designing questionnaires to obtain real-time information.
Statistical Modelling
I have built a handful of statistically implementable models both as a yardstick to have obtained my Google Advanced Data analytics Certification and also during my academic coursework in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Keele University.
